The invention discloses a crane load spectrum compilation method, computing equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring hoisting data of a preset number of target cranes under at least one working condition within a preset duration; the hoisting data are analyzed, and the number corresponding to all types of working cycles contained under all the working conditions is obtained; the working cycle refers to the process from hoisting of one article to hoisting of the next article; screening the working cycles of each type according to the number, and determining the occurrence probability corresponding to the working cycles of at least one target type obtained after screening; according to the total working cycle number and the occurrence probability of the target crane in the life cycle, determining the corresponding occurrence number of the working cycles of each target type in the life cycle of the target crane; and determining a load spectrum of the target crane based on the occurrence frequency. Therefore, the crane load spectrum can be conveniently compiled, and the compilation efficiency and applicability of the crane load spectrum are improved.

    本申请公开了一种起重机载荷谱编制方法、计算设备及可读存储介质,所述方法包括:获取在预设时长内预设数量的目标起重机处于至少一工况下的吊装数据;分析吊装数据,获得各工况下所包含的各类型的工作循环对应的数量;工作循环是指从起吊一个物品开始,到能开始起吊下一个物品为止的过程;根据数量对各类型的工作循环进行筛选,并确定筛选后获得的至少一目标类型的工作循环对应的出现概率;根据目标起重机在生命周期内的总工作循环次数和出现概率,确定各目标类型的工作循环在目标起重机的生命周期内对应的出现次数;基于出现次数,确定目标起重机的载荷谱。如此,可实现便捷编制起重机载荷谱,提高了起重机载荷谱的编制效率和适用性。
