Comprising a track, a moving plate, a rotating plate, a servo motor, a sliding frame, an electric push rod I and the like, the moving plate is located in the track, the rotating plate is rotationally connected to the moving plate, the servo motor is connected to the side face of the moving plate, a rotating shaft of the rotating plate is connected with an output shaft of the servo motor, and the sliding frame is slidably connected to the rotating plate; the electric push rod I is connected to the side face of the sliding frame, and a telescopic rod of the electric push rod I is fixedly connected with the rotating plate. A plurality of moving trolleys can be simultaneously arranged on the single track to transfer copper foil rolls, and when the two moving trolleys approach each other, the moving trolleys follow the left-to-right principle and the dynamic-to-static principle, so that the two moving trolleys can be prevented from colliding, the requirement for the usable area of a processing site is low, and the production efficiency is improved. And the space utilization rate can be guaranteed to the maximum extent while the transfer efficiency of the copper foil rolls is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及起重机相关技术领域,尤其涉及一种铜箔生产用物料转运装置及转运方法。包括有轨道、移动板、转动板、伺服电机、滑动框、电动推杆Ⅰ等,移动板位于轨道内,转动板转动连接于移动板上,伺服电机连接于移动板侧面,且转动板的旋转轴与伺服电机的输出轴连接,滑动框滑动连接于转动板上,电动推杆Ⅰ连接于滑动框侧面,且电动推杆Ⅰ的伸缩杆与转动板固定连接。本发明的单条轨道上可同时设置多个移动小车对铜箔卷进行转运,且当两个移动小车相互靠近时,移动小车会遵循左让右原则和动让静原则,从而能防止两个移动小车发生碰撞,不仅对加工场地的使用面积要求较低,而且能在保证铜箔卷转运效率的同时,最大限度的保证空间利用率。
