本发明提供了一种涉及机械装置领域的新型电磁驱动弹射式锁紧释放装置及航天设备,包括子星、顶杆、壳体、解锁弹簧、锁定爪架、电磁铁、磁架、解锁杆、限位轴承、锁定爪、限位轴承座、吸片以及母星,解锁杆穿过磁架与壳体固连,壳体连接子星,解锁弹簧套在解锁杆上,且解锁弹簧位于壳体与磁架之间,电磁铁与磁架固连,锁定爪分别与锁定爪架连接,顶杆连接限位轴承座,限位轴承座一端连接限位轴承,限位轴承座另一端与吸片固连,锁定爪架、磁架与母星固连为一体。本发明装置通过锁定爪、锁定斜面与限位轴承间配合锁紧,结构简单,仅需小力即可实现单元间牢靠锁紧,空间利用率高;利用电磁铁断电实现装置弹射解锁,作动迅速,可多次重复使用。
