The invention discloses an over-constrained modular deformation wing skeleton mechanism based on Waterbomb creases, which belongs to the technical field of aerospace and comprises a plurality of wing ribs, a plurality of transverse deformation modules and a plurality of supporting ribs. Modular expansion is achieved through the over-constrained transverse deformation module, the mechanism has the beneficial effects of being stable in structure, easy to drive and the like, and the production difficulty and the complexity of the mechanism are reduced through modularization; a paper folding theory is applied to the design of a deformation wing framework mechanism, a paper folding mechanism has structural rationality and shape variability, and multi-dimensional continuous deformation can be realized by taking a paper folding unit as a basic module of a deformation mechanism in combination with a deformation mode required by a deformation wing; according to the deformable wing skeleton mechanism, sweepback deformation, up-down bending deformation along the wingspan and sweep-bending coupling deformation of the wing can be achieved, and the aerodynamic configuration of the aircraft wing tends to be optimal; the adopted over-constrained transverse deformation module has the characteristics of large bearing capacity and high rigidity, and the rigidity of the deformation wing framework mechanism is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于Waterbomb折痕的过约束模块化变形翼骨架机构,属于航空航天技术领域,包括多个翼肋、多个横向变形模块、多个支撑肋。本发明利用过约束横向变形模块实现模块化拓展,该机构具有结构稳定,驱动简单等特点,模块化也降低了生产难度和机构的复杂性;将折纸理论应用于变形翼骨架机构设计中,折纸机构具有结构合理性和形态可变性,结合变形机翼所需变形方式,将折纸单元作为变形机构的基本模块可实现多维连续变形;本发明的变形翼骨架机构可以实现机翼后掠变形,沿翼展上下弯曲变形和弯掠耦合变形,有助于飞行器机翼气动外形趋向于最佳;采用的过约束横向变形模块本身具有大承载、高刚度的特征,极大的提高了变形翼骨架机构自身刚度。
