The invention provides a low-frequency underwater acoustic transducer and propeller integrated system for an unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV), and belongs to the technical field of UUV special task loads and equipment. The system is composed of a propelling device, a double-coil fixing device and a permanent magnet structure. The propelling device and the double-coil fixing device are connected to form a rotor, and the permanent magnet structure is a stator. And a motor of the propelling device is electrified to drive a propeller to rotate so as to provide underwater propelling power for the UUV. A low-frequency alternating current is input into a wire in the double-coil fixing device, so that a fixing panel vibrates and drives a propeller thruster to reciprocate, and a water medium radiates a low-frequency underwater acoustic signal outwards under the coupling action of the rotating motion of the propeller and the low-frequency reciprocating motion of the propelling device. The UUV low-frequency underwater acoustic transducer solves the problems that the UUV low-frequency underwater acoustic transducer is large in size, inconvenient to install and integrate and the like, meanwhile, the UUV low-frequency underwater acoustic transducer has the function of an underwater propeller, the size and weight of UUV task loads are effectively reduced, and the equipment cost is remarkably reduced.
本发明提出了一种用于水下无人潜航器的低频水声换能器与推进器一体化系统,属于UUV专用任务载荷与设备技术领域。此系统由推进装置、双线圈固定装置和永磁体结构组成。推进装置与双线圈固定装置相连接为动子,永磁体结构为定子。推进装置的电机通电带动螺旋桨旋转运动由此提供UUV水下推进动力。双线圈固定装置中导线输入低频交变电流,由此使固定面板产生振动并带动螺旋桨推进器进行往复运动,水介质在螺旋桨旋转运动与推进装置低频往复运动的耦合作用下向外辐射低频水声信号。本发明解决了UUV低频水声换能器体积大、安装与集成不方便等问题,同时具有水下推进器功能,有效缩减了UUV任务载荷的体积和重量,且显著降低了设备成本。
