The invention relates to the technical field of ship stern shaft construction, and discloses a ship stern shaft sectional horizontal normal construction method, the ship stern shaft structurally comprises a lower stern section and an upper stern section which are assembled, the lower stern section and the upper stern section are normally closed to form a stern shaft main body, the lower stern section is arranged on a first jig frame during construction, and the upper stern section is arranged on a second jig frame during construction. The upper stern section is arranged on the second jig frame during construction; the ship stern shaft building method comprises the following steps that S1, a formwork jig frame is manufactured; s2, manufacturing a lower assembly; s3, manufacturing an upper assembly; s4, hanging plate laying; s5, assembling and splicing the boards up and down; s6, loading the stern shaft tube on a tire; and S7, upper and lower assemblies are folded and formed. According to the segmented horizontal type normal building method for the ship tail shaft, the problems that when the ship tail shaft is built in the prior art, along with the increase of the tonnage of the ship, the building efficiency is reduced due to the fact that the body shape is enlarged, and the correction difficulty is large due to the fact that welding deformation is greatly generated in the building process are solved.

    本发明涉及船舶艉轴建造技术领域,且公开了船舶艉轴分段卧式正态建造方法,船舶艉轴的结构包括:下艉段和上艉段两个组立,所述下艉段和上艉段正态合拢组成艉轴主体,所述下艉段建造时安置在第一胎架上,所述上艉段建造时安置在第二胎架上;船舶艉轴建造方法,包括以下步骤:S1,制作模板胎架;S2,下组立制作;S3,上组立制作;S4,吊板铺设;S5,上下组立拼板;S6,艉轴管上胎;S7,上下组立合拢成型。该船舶艉轴分段卧式正态建造方法,解决了现有技术工艺建造船舶艉轴,随着船舶吨位提升,不但会因体型变大使得建造效率降低,还会在建造时出现较大幅度的焊接变形,导致修正难度大的情况。
