The invention relates to an offshore hydrogen, ammonia and alcohol production integrated platform which comprises a semi-submersible platform and a hydrogen, ammonia and alcohol production system arranged on the semi-submersible platform. The semi-submersible platform comprises a lower floating body, stand columns and a main deck, the stand columns are arranged on the lower floating body in a supported mode, and the main deck is arranged at the top ends of the stand columns in a supported mode. The hydrogen, ammonia and alcohol production system is arranged on the main deck and comprises a seawater desalination module, a hydrogen production module, an ammonia production module and an alcohol production module. The outlet end of the seawater desalination module is connected with the hydrogen production module, and the hydrogen production module is used for preparing hydrogen from fresh water and providing hydrogen for the ammonia production module and the alcohol production module. The ammonia preparation module is used for preparing ammonia by using hydrogen. And the methanol preparation module is used for preparing methanol by using hydrogen. The platform can be used for floating operation in deep and far sea, can also be used for bottom-supported operation in a near-shore shallow water area, and has a pile insertion positioning function. The platform has the capability of producing hydrogen, ammonia and alcohol at the same time, can be used as an offshore hydrogen refueling station, an ammonia adding station and an alcohol adding station, and realizes multi-scene application of one platform.

    本发明涉及一种海上制氢制氨制醇一体化平台,包括半潜式平台和设置于半潜式平台上的制氢制氨制醇系统。半潜式平台包括下浮体、立柱和主甲板,立柱支撑设置于下浮体上,主甲板支撑设置于立柱的顶端。制氢制氨制醇系统设置在主甲板上,其包括海水淡化模块、制氢模块、制氨模块和制醇模块。海水淡化模块的出口端与制氢模块连接,制氢模块用于利用淡水制备氢气,并向制氨模块和制醇模块提供氢气。制氨模块用于利用氢气制备氨。制醇模块用于利用氢气制备甲醇。该平台既能在深远海漂浮作业,也能在近岸的浅水区坐底作业,并具备插桩定位功能。该平台具备同时制氢、制氨、制醇的能力,可作为海上加氢站、加氨站、加醇站,实现了一座平台多场景的应用。
