According to the vehicle body rear structure, the rigidity of the rear portion of the vehicle body can be improved through the multiple annular structures, force can be transmitted in multiple directions through the damping tower mounting base, and the force transmission effect is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车身后部框架和车辆,车身后部框架包括:后地板纵梁,位于车身后部框架下方且沿车身前后方向延伸设置;CD柱连接梁设置在后地板纵梁上方,CD柱连接梁与车身C柱和车身D柱相连,CD柱连接梁与后地板纵梁沿车身高度方向间隔开设置,且沿车身左右方向CD柱连接梁位于后地板纵梁外侧;减震器安装座的上端与CD柱连接梁相连且下端与后地板纵梁相连;搁物板前横梁与后地板上横梁之间连接有搁物板纵梁,搁物板前横梁与减震器安装座之间设有第一连接梁和/或搁物板纵梁与减震器安装座之间设有第二连接梁。本发明实施例的车身后部结构通过设置的多个环状结构,可以提升车身后部刚度,且可以通过减震塔安装座来多方向传力,提高传力效果。
