The active steering bogie comprises a framework and an axle box body arranged on the framework, and further comprises a first conical rubber spring, a second conical rubber spring, an axle box pull rod and a longitudinal driver, the upper end of the first conical rubber spring is connected with the framework, and the lower end of the first conical rubber spring is connected with a first cantilever; the upper end of a second conical rubber spring is connected with the framework, the lower end of the second conical rubber spring is connected with a second cantilever, one end of an axle box pull rod extending longitudinally is hinged to the lower end of the second conical rubber spring, and the other end of the axle box pull rod is hinged to the output end of a longitudinal driver which is installed on the framework. The longitudinal driver drives the axle box body to move longitudinally through the axle box pull rod. The curve passing performance of a vehicle is improved, wheel set abrasion is reduced, separation of longitudinal rigidity and vertical rigidity is achieved, rigid connection between the longitudinal driver and the axle box body is avoided, and operation stability is improved. The invention further discloses a rail transit vehicle comprising the active steering bogie.
本发明公开一种主动导向转向架,包括构架以及设置于构架的轴箱体,还包括第一锥形橡胶弹簧、第二锥形橡胶弹簧、轴箱拉杆和纵向驱动器,第一锥形橡胶弹簧的上端连接构架,第一锥形橡胶弹簧的下端连接第一悬臂,第二锥形橡胶弹簧的上端连接构架,第二锥形橡胶弹簧的下端连接第二悬臂,纵向延伸的轴箱拉杆的一端铰接第二锥形橡胶弹簧的下端,轴箱拉杆的另一端铰接纵向驱动器的输出端,纵向驱动器安装于构架,纵向驱动器通过轴箱拉杆驱动轴箱体纵向位移。提升车辆的曲线通过性能,降低了轮对磨耗,实现纵向刚度和垂向刚度的分离,避免纵向驱动器与轴箱体的刚性连接,提升运行稳定性。本发明还公开一种包括上述主动导向转向架的轨道交通车辆。
