The invention firstly provides a universal zero-gravity seat and a control method thereof. The device comprises a rear connecting mechanism, a front connecting mechanism, a seat basin assembly, a seat basin surface inclination angle adjusting mechanism, a leg supporting assembly, a leg support adjusting mechanism, a position sensor and an angle sensor, wherein the leg support adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting an included angle between the leg supporting assembly and the seat basin assembly; the rear connecting mechanism is used for connecting the seat basin surface assembly with an original seat rear cross beam, and the front connecting mechanism is used for connecting the seat basin surface assembly with an original seat basin framework; the seat basin surface inclination angle adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the inclination angle between the seat basin surface and the back of the original seat; the position sensor comprises a knee height sensor; the angle sensor comprises a first angle sensor arranged on the seat basin assembly and a second angle sensor arranged on the leg supporting assembly. The zero-gravity seat provided by the invention is an afterloading market zero-gravity experience mechanism, is convenient to disassemble and assemble, is low in cost, can be matched with seats of different vehicle types for installation, and has universality.

    本发明首先提供一种通用型零重力座椅及其控制方法,其包括后部连接机构、前部连接机构、座盆总成、座盆面倾角调节机构、腿部支撑总成、腿托调节机构、位置传感器和角度传感器:腿托调节机构用于调节腿部支撑总成和座盆总成之间的夹角;后部连接机构用于连接座盆面总成与原装座椅后横梁,前部连接机构用于连接座盆面总成和原装座椅座盆骨架;座盆面倾角调节机构用于调节座盆面相对原装座椅后背之间的倾角;位置传感器包括膝部高度传感器;角度传感器包括设置在座盆总成上的第一角度传感器和设置在腿部支撑总成上的第二角度传感器。本发明提供的零重力座椅为后装市场零重力体验机构,其便捷拆装,成本低,可匹配不同车型座椅安装,具备通用性。
