A load sensor is arranged at the acting force contact point of the rear axle and the plate spring; the engine control unit is electrically connected with the load sensor; the starter is provided with a signal receiving end and a driving end. The signal receiving end is in communication connection with the engine control unit. The power supply is electrically connected with the driving end of the starter and the engine control unit. The load sensor is arranged on the rear axle of the vehicle to obtain the vehicle load signal, and the vehicle load signal is connected to the engine control unit, so that the automatic code reporting of a diagnosis fault code and the positive pole cutting off of an engine starter are realized, and the possibility of overload running of the vehicle is cut off from the source; therefore, vehicle owners are protected, and the safety of driving of other vehicles and pedestrians on the road surface is improved.
