The embodiment of the invention provides a method and device for controlling the opening degree of a valve, electronic equipment and a storage medium, relates to the technical field of vehicles, and can control the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve in a battery cooling system according to the actual refrigeration requirement of the battery cooling system so as to accurately distribute the needed refrigeration supply quantity for the battery cooling system. The valve opening degree control method comprises the steps that the real-time heating power of a battery pack is determined; based on the corresponding relation among the heating power of the battery pack, the temperature of the battery pack and the opening value of the target electronic expansion valve, the real-time heating power of the battery pack and the first opening value, corresponding to the real-time temperature, of the target electronic expansion valve are determined; determining a first correction coefficient based on the target water inlet temperature and the real-time water inlet temperature of the battery pack; the first opening value is corrected based on a first correction coefficient, and a second opening value of the target electronic expansion valve is determined; and the opening value of the target electronic expansion valve is adjusted to be the second opening value.
