The current control device is provided with a component temperature estimation unit (61a1-61g) that estimates the temperature of each of a plurality of electronic components included in the current control circuit on the basis of the value of current flowing through each of the plurality of electronic components included in the current control circuit and the detected temperature detected by a temperature detection element disposed in the vicinity of the current control circuit. A component temperature, which is the temperature of the electronic component, is estimated for each of the plurality of electronic components, and the output current output from the current control circuit to the load is limited on the basis of the estimated component temperature. The component temperature estimation unit (61a1) estimates the power loss of the electronic component, and estimates the component temperature on the basis of the sum of a first value obtained by filtering the power loss by a plurality of first low-pass filters (74a, 74b, 74c) connected in parallel or in series with each other, and a second value obtained by filtering the power loss by a plurality of second low-pass filters (74a, 74b, 74c) connected in parallel or in series with each other. The second value is obtained by filtering the detection temperature detected by the temperature detection circuit through a second low-pass filter.
