The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle charging piles, in particular to a black-start method for a system for emergency power supply of multiple vehicle pile units of a bidirectional charging pile, and the method comprises the following steps: constructing a topology and control architecture of the bidirectional charging pile, and maintaining the normal operation of control and communication of each vehicle pile unit and a main control system; in the state that the network side switch, the change-over switch and the load switch are switched off, when the total power of the multiple vehicle pile units is larger than the minimum limit value, networking is conducted according to the multi-mechanism networking process of the multiple vehicle pile units, and the first networking vehicle pile unit and the subsequent networking vehicle pile units adopt different starting strategies; and when the network construction voltage meets the power supply requirement, switching on the load switch to carry out emergency power supply on the transformer area. On the basis of proposing the topology and control architecture of the bidirectional charging pile, the black-start process of the system is further given, and the excitation surge current impact of a high-capacity transformer and the networking impact of a vehicle pile unit are prevented; and a foundation is laid for implementation of a new scene project for emergency power supply of the district of the bidirectional charging pile.

    本发明涉及电动汽车充电桩技术领域,尤其是涉及双向充电桩多车桩单元应急供电的系统黑启动方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:构建双向充电桩的拓扑与控制架构,并维持各车桩单元和主控系统的控制与通信的正常工作;在网侧开关、切换开关和负荷开关断开的状态下,在多车桩单元总功率大于最低限值时,依照多车桩单元的多机构网流程组网,其中的首台构网车桩单元与后续构网车桩单元采用不同启动策略;在构网电压满足供电需求时合上负荷开关对台区进行应急供电。本发明在提出双向充电桩的拓扑与控制架构的基础上,进一步给出系统的黑启动流程,防止大容量变压器的励磁涌流冲击和车桩单元的构网冲击;为双向充电桩的台区应急供电新场景工程实施奠定了基础。
