The invention provides a single battery, a battery pack, a vehicle and an energy storage system. The battery monomer comprises a shell, a partition plate, a first battery cell and a second battery cell, the shell is provided with a closed containing space. The partition plate divides the containing space into a first containing cavity and a second containing cavity. The first battery cell is arranged in the first accommodating cavity and is provided with a positive tab and a negative tab; the second battery cell is arranged in the second accommodating cavity and is provided with a positive tab and a negative tab; a positive pole is arranged on the side wall of the shell corresponding to the first accommodating cavity and is electrically connected with a positive lug of the first battery cell, a negative pole is arranged on the side wall of the shell corresponding to the second accommodating cavity and is electrically connected with a negative lug of the second battery cell, and the negative lug of the first battery cell is electrically connected with the positive lug of the second battery cell through the conductive shell. According to the single battery, the size of a battery pack can be reduced, the energy density of the battery pack is improved, the voltage is twice that of an existing single battery, the string number of the single batteries in a module is reduced by 50%, and the complexity and the cost of the module are reduced.
