The invention provides a vehicle trajectory prediction method, system and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical global trajectory data based on historical gate acquisition data; aggregating the historical global trajectory data to obtain global time sequence data of each vehicle; performing feature extraction based on the global time sequence data to obtain historical track feature data of each vehicle; constructing a Markov state transition matrix, training a neural network model, and constructing a Bayesian network inference model; and adopting each model, obtaining the prediction probability of the target vehicle driving into each gate based on the snapshot vehicle trajectory data of the target vehicle, and determining the final prediction probability of the target vehicle driving into each gate according to the prediction result of each model. According to the invention, real-time, accurate and efficient prediction of the vehicle driving track is realized.
