The first carrying channel is used for receiving the target object from the first storage area and carrying the target object; the lifting channel is used for providing a moving space of the target object in the vertical direction; the transmission device is used for enabling the target object to move in the direction of the lifting channel; wherein the transmission device comprises a conveying device and a plurality of carrying devices arranged on the conveying device, and when a target object passes through the first carrying channel from the first storage area to reach the lifting channel, the carrying devices are matched with the first carrying channel so as to receive and contain the target object; the power conversion device is connected with the transmission device and used for converting mechanical energy generated by movement of the transmission device into electric energy so as to transmit the electric energy to a power grid or an energy storage device; and the second storage area is used for receiving and placing the target object.
