The invention discloses a design of a docking module mechanism for space on-orbit assembly. The docking module mechanism comprises a hexagonal prism frame, an active docking interface and a passive docking interface, the active butt joint interface and the passive butt joint interface are installed on the hexagonal prism frame in a spaced mode, and the active butt joint interface is also carried in the center of the hexagonal prism frame. Each of the active butt joint interface and the passive butt joint interface comprises a locking mechanism, a compliant mechanism and a different and isomorphic butt joint molded surface; through cooperative use of the butt joint interfaces between the modules, automatic centering is ensured through the compliant mechanism during butt joint, and locking and unlocking between the passive butt joint interfaces are ensured through the locking mechanism, so that modular assembly of large loads in space is realized.
本发明公开了一种用于空间在轨组装的对接模块机构设计,该模块机构包括六棱柱框架、主动对接接口及被动对接接口;所述主动对接接口及被动对接接口间隔安装在六棱柱框架上,且六棱柱框架中心也搭载主动对接接口;所述主动对接接口及被动对接接口包括锁紧机构、柔顺机构以及异体同构的对接型面;本发明通过模块之间对接接口的配合使用,在对接时通过柔顺机构保证自动对心,通过锁紧机构保证与被动对接接口之间的锁紧与解锁,以实现空间中大型载荷的模块化组装。
