The invention provides an aviation high-temperature titanium alloy honeycomb wallboard and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the field of aviation aircraft manufacturing, the high-temperature titanium alloy honeycomb wallboard is formed by connecting an upper skin, a lower skin and a honeycomb core between the upper skin and the lower skin through vacuum brazing, and the upper skin, the lower skin and the honeycomb core are all made of high-temperature titanium alloy. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing the upper skin, the lower skin and the honeycomb core; after brazing filler metal is pasted to the to-be-welded positions of the upper skin and the lower skin, the upper skin, the lower skin and the honeycomb core are assembled; and under the set vacuum degree, the temperature is increased to the brazing temperature according to the set heating path, and honeycomb wallboard brazing is completed. The prepared high-temperature titanium alloy honeycomb wallboard is good in forming and high in high-temperature mechanical property, and can meet the high-temperature-resistant performance requirement of a high-Mach-number aircraft.

    本发明提供了一种航空用高温钛合金蜂窝壁板及其制造方法,属于航空飞行器制造领域,高温钛合金蜂窝壁板由上蒙皮、下蒙皮及在上、下蒙皮间的蜂窝芯通过真空钎焊连接而成,三者均由高温钛合金制成。制造方法为:制备上、下蒙皮和蜂窝芯;将钎料粘贴于上、下蒙皮待焊位置后,装配上、下蒙皮和蜂窝芯;在设定的真空度下,按所设定的加热路径升温至钎焊温度,完成蜂窝壁板钎焊。本发明制得的高温钛合金蜂窝壁板成形好且有良好的高温力学性能,可以满足高马赫数飞行器的耐高温性能需求。
