The invention provides a cascade power supply type droop full-model predictive control system for a pure electric ship power system. The system comprises a front-stage-based battery power supply unit and a rear-stage-based motor propulsion unit, a battery power supply unit control system based on a preceding stage takes voltage and current control as a current distribution strategy and is composed of voltage loop model prediction control and current loop two-step model prediction control, and meanwhile, droop control based on SOC balance is introduced to prolong the service life of a battery; the motor propulsion system based on the rear stage is composed of speed loop model prediction control and current loop model prediction control. The control system introduces the predicted electromagnetic power of the rear-stage motor unit into droop control of the front-stage battery unit to form large feedback of control. According to the method, full-model predictive control is used, and compared with traditional PI control, the method has better steady-state and transient-state performance, has the advantages of being small in static error, good in dynamic performance and the like, and has the capacity of optimizing multiple targets; electromagnetic power predicted by a rear-stage motor unit is introduced into droop control of a front-stage battery unit, the control time of bus voltage droop control is greatly shortened, the effect that the front-stage battery unit actively adjusts output according to load changes is achieved, the dynamic time of bus voltage is greatly shortened, and the control efficiency is improved. Therefore, the dynamic performance and the stability of the bus voltage are improved.
本发明提供一种级联供电的纯电动船舶动力系统下垂全模型预测控制系统,该系统包括由基于前级的电池供电单元和基于后级的电机推进单元两部分组成;基于前级的电池供电单元控制系统以电压电流控制作为电流的分配策略,由电压环模型预测控制和电流环两步长模型预测控制构成,同时引进基于SOC均衡的下垂控制来提高电池的使用寿命;基于后级的电机推进系统由速度环模型预测控制和电流环模型预测控制构成;控制系统将后级电机单元的预测电磁功率引入到前级电池单元的下垂控制中形成一个控制的大反馈。本发明使用全模型预测控制,相较于传统的PI控制具备更好的稳态和暂态性能,具有静态误差小、动态性能好等特点,并且具备对多目标进行优化的能力;引入后级电机单元预测的电磁功率到前级电池单元的下垂控制中,大大缩短了母线电压下垂控制的控制时间,起到了前级电池单元根据负载变化主动调节出力的作用,大大缩短了母线电压的动态时间,从而提高母线电压动态性能和稳定性能。
