According to the rubber fender, the two air bags with balanced air pressure and the telescopic air bag are arranged in a conventional rubber fender, when the two air bags located on the outer protruding parts are collided firstly, the impact force can be converted into air pressure which is input into the telescopic air bag through the air pipe, and at the moment, the telescopic air bag converts the pressure into outward thrust; and furthermore, the impact force is relieved and buffered, and the damage to the ship body caused by instantaneous impact is improved.
本发明涉及橡胶护舷技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于船舶防撞用橡胶护舷,包括护舷本体、气囊和伸缩气囊,所述护舷本体通过螺钉安装于船体的外侧,护舷本体外凸部内设置有高密度海绵块和气囊,高密度海绵块之间通过第一固定板设有集气盘、伸缩气囊、第二固定板和橡胶层,集气盘的端口连接有气管,气管贯穿于高密度海绵块与气囊连接。本发明中,通过在常规的橡胶护舷内设置两个气压平衡的气囊与伸缩气囊,当两个位于外凸部的气囊首先遭到碰撞时,即可将所受撞击力化为气压力通过气管输入伸缩气囊中,此时伸缩气囊将压力化为向外推力,进一步的的对撞击力起到缓解缓冲,提高了瞬时撞击对船体造成的损害。
