The invention discloses a method for reversely compensating sea waves for a ship seat. A base, a servo electric cylinder group, a mounting base, the seat, an angle sensor and a control system are included; the top end of the servo electric cylinder group is mounted on the mounting base through a universal connecting structure; the angle sensor and the control system are installed in the base, and the angle sensor, the control system and the servo electric cylinder are in data connection. Comprising the following steps: A, angle data acquisition; b, noise reduction is conducted on the angle data in a Kalman filtering mode; c, converting the data in the step B into driving data of a servo electric cylinder group through an inverse solution algorithm; and D, the servo electric cylinder set adjusts the posture of the platform according to the driving data obtained in the step C so as to offset movement caused by sea waves. According to the scheme, the motion state of the ship is monitored and fed back in real time, data are collected, and the seat is controlled to make reverse compensation action, so that the seat is in a relatively stable state in a wave environment.
