The invention provides a mechanical automatic upward opening charging port cover and a design method thereof, the mechanical automatic upward opening charging port cover is realized by arranging double springs, and the double springs are an m-shaped spring and a torsion spring. After the charging port cover is opened, one end of the torsion spring is connected to the hinge, the other end of the torsion spring is installed on the base, and the spiral spring provides force in the opening direction. One end of the m-shaped spring is connected to the hinge, the other end of the m-shaped spring is installed on the base, and when the charging port cover is in a closed state, the m-shaped spring provides closing torque for neutralizing opening torque of the torsion spring. When the charging port cover is in an open state, the m-shaped spring provides an opening torque, and the m-shaped spring and the torsion spring jointly act in the forward direction to maintain the opening device. In the opening and closing process, the m-shaped spring and the torsion spring are matched, so that the overall opening speed is moderate, and the closing hand feeling is comfortable. Meanwhile, the width of the hinge is set to be larger than that of the charging port, so that a good rain shielding effect is achieved.

    本发明提供一种机械式自动上开充电口盖及其设计方法,通过设置双弹簧实现机械式向上自动打开的充电口盖,所述双弹簧为一个m型弹簧和一个扭转弹簧。充电口盖打开后,扭转弹簧的一端连接在铰链上,扭转弹簧的另一端安装在底座上,螺旋弹簧提供开启方向的力。m型弹簧的一端连接在铰链上,m型弹簧另一端安装在底座上,充电口盖处于关闭状态时,m型弹簧提供关闭力矩,用于中和扭转弹簧的开启力矩。充电口盖处于开启状态时,m型弹簧提供开启力矩,和扭转弹簧共同正向作用维持开启装置。在开启、关闭过程中,m型弹簧和扭转弹簧配合使整体开启速度适中,关闭手感舒适。同时,设置铰链的宽度大于充电口的宽度,以实现良好的遮雨效果。
