The invention relates to the technical field of automobile seat adjustment, and discloses an electric drive hinge mechanism for an automobile seat, which comprises a mounting piece, a first toothed plate, a second toothed plate, a central hole piece and a synchronous assembly, the first toothed plate and the second toothed plate are drivably arranged on the mounting piece, the mounting piece provides rotatable support for the first toothed plate and the second toothed plate, and meanwhile the axis of the first toothed plate and the axis of the second toothed plate are kept collinear. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects: aiming at the problems that inner teeth with different tooth numbers are commonly adopted on two sides of the existing hinge mechanism, the numbers of tooth blocks on the first toothed plate and the second toothed plate are different, and the first toothed plate and the second toothed plate are driven by the synchronous assembly, so that the two toothed plates with different tooth numbers can concentrically and relatively rotate through the synchronous assembly when the central hole piece rotates; the transmission matching requirement of an existing hinge mechanism is met; the filling piece is arranged in the mounting sleeve, certain movement buffering can be reserved during rotation, and abrasion caused by different tooth numbers and different rotating speeds on the two sides is relieved.

    本发明涉及汽车座椅调节技术领域,公开了一种汽车座椅用电驱动铰链机构,包括安装件、第一齿板、第二齿板、中心孔件和同步组件;第一齿板和第二齿板可驱动地设置于安装件上,安装件为第一齿板和第二齿板提供可旋转地支撑,同时将第一齿板和第二齿板的轴线保持共线。本发明具有以下优点和效果:针对目前铰链机构两侧常采用不同齿数内齿,第一齿板和第二齿板上的齿块数量各不相同,二者之间通过同步组件的驱动,以在中心孔件旋转的时候,通过同步组件令两个齿数不同的齿板达到同心相对转动,以满足目前铰链机构的传动配合需要;安装套内部设有填充件,在转动时可以留有一定的移动缓冲,减轻两侧因为齿数不同转速不同造成的磨损。
