The invention discloses an electric vehicle overcharge gun line liquid cooling device which comprises an oil tank, a main circulating pump, a conductivity sensor, an ion exchange mechanism and a PLC (programmable logic controller). The main circulating pump is used for enabling low-temperature aqueous cooling liquid in the oil tank to flow into an electric vehicle overcharge gun line through a cooling liquid output pipeline for heat exchange; the high-temperature aqueous cooling liquid after heat absorption flows back into the oil tank through the cooling liquid backflow pipeline, the conductivity sensor is used for monitoring the conductivity of the aqueous cooling liquid flowing into the cooling liquid output pipeline, the ion exchange mechanism is used for reducing the conductivity of the aqueous cooling liquid, and the conductivity sensor is electrically connected with the signal input end of the PLC. According to the system, the adopted aqueous medium has good degradability and conforms to the environmental protection trend, the electrical conductivity of aqueous cooling liquid is automatically monitored and controlled by the system, the automation degree is high, and the problems of insulation and leakage generally worried by a conventional aqueous medium system do not exist.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车超充枪线液冷装置,包括油箱、主路循环泵、电导率传感器、离子交换机构和PLC控制器,主路循环泵用于将油箱内的低温水剂冷却液通过冷却液输出管路流入电动汽车超充枪线内进行热交换,吸热后的高温水剂冷却液通过冷却液回流管路回流至油箱内,电导率传感器用于监测流入冷却液输出管路内的水剂冷却液的电导率,离子交换机构用于降低水剂冷却液的电导率,电导率传感器与PLC控制器的信号输入端电性连接,主路循环泵和离子交换机构均受控于PLC控制器,本发明采用水剂介质具有良好的可降解性,符合环保趋势,水剂冷却液电导率由系统自行监测并控制,自动化程度高,不存在常规水剂介质系统普遍担忧的绝缘及渗漏问题。
