The invention discloses a regenerative braking control method and system based on an MFAC and an electric vehicle. The control method comprises the steps that state information in the vehicle braking process is obtained; the braking safety of the vehicle is guaranteed, the expected slip rate serves as a reference index, and the braking torque of a non-driving wheel and the braking torque of a driving wheel are obtained through MFAC; the braking comfort of the vehicle is guaranteed, the maximum impact degree serves as a limiting index, and the compensation torque of a non-driving wheel and the compensation torque of a driving wheel are obtained through MFAC; the total braking torque of the non-driving wheel and the total braking torque of the driving wheel are calculated according to the braking torque and the compensation torque of the non-driving wheel and the driving wheel, and then secondary distribution is carried out on regenerative braking force and friction braking force based on energy recovery maximization by considering motor limitation and battery limitation; and executing a brake control command on the vehicle according to the result of the secondary distribution. The problem that an existing regenerative braking control system is unbalanced in braking safety, braking comfort and energy recovery efficiency is solved.

    本发明公开了一种基于MFAC的再生制动控制方法、系统及电动汽车,控制方法包括:获取车辆制动过程中的状态信息;保证车辆制动安全性,以期望滑移率为参考指标,利用MFAC得到非驱动轮和驱动轮的制动力矩;保证车辆制动舒适性,以最大冲击度为限制指标,利用MFAC得到非驱动轮和驱动轮的补偿力矩;根据非驱动轮和驱动轮的制动力矩和补偿力矩,计算得到非驱动轮的总制动力矩和驱动轮的总制动力矩,再基于能量回收最大化,考虑电机限制与电池限制,对再生制动力与摩擦制动力进行二次分配;根据二次分配的结果对车辆执行制动控制命令。本发明解决了现有再生制动控制系统的制动安全性、制动舒适性、能量回收效率不平衡的问题。
