The invention discloses a pantograph-catenary sliding electric contact current collection improving device which comprises pantograph-catenary equipment and an external magnetic field device, the external magnetic field device comprises two magnetized permanent magnets, and the two permanent magnets are arranged on the two sides of the pantograph-catenary equipment respectively. The current stability coefficient can be reduced by adding the external magnetic field, the friction pair is more stable in the dynamic contact process, and the safety performance is improved. The addition of the external magnetic field can improve the current-carrying efficiency, can reduce the electric energy loss in the electric energy transmission process, and reduces the generation of Joule heat. Compared with a sliding plate without the external magnetic field, the sliding plate with the external magnetic field is smoother after operation, loss in the sliding electric contact operation process can be reduced, and the service life of the sliding plate is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种弓网滑动电接触受流改善装置,包括弓网设备和外加磁场装置,所述外加磁场装置包括两个充磁的永磁铁,所述两个永磁铁分设于弓网设备两侧。外磁场的加入可以降低电流稳定系数,摩擦副在动态接触过程中更稳定,提高安全性能。外磁场的加入可以提高载流效率,可以减小电能传输过程中的电能损耗,减小焦耳热的产生。加入外磁场后的滑板,在运行之后与没有加磁场的滑板相比,更加光滑,可以减少滑动电接触运行过程中的损耗,提高滑板使用寿命。
