The vehicle electric control suspension system control method comprises the steps that road surface information of a vehicle pre-driving road is obtained, and path planning information of a vehicle-mounted computing platform on the pre-driving road and automatic driving strategy information based on the path planning information are obtained; predicting a target damping parameter and/or a target rigidity parameter of the vehicle suspension system according to the road surface information, the path planning information and the automatic driving strategy information; vehicle suspension execution parameters are determined on the basis of the damping parameters and/or the target rigidity parameters, and the vehicle suspension execution parameters are sent to an electric control suspension controller, so that the electric control suspension controller adjusts the electric control suspension system on the basis of the vehicle suspension execution parameters. The suspension system can be combined with an automatic driving technology to solve the problem of hysteresis of damping and rigidity adjustment of the suspension system.
