The invention discloses a compact light-weight air suspension system and an automobile. Air suspension supports are symmetrically fixed to the front portion of an automobile frame. The electric drive axle is fixed below the frame; the bridge connecting bracket is screwed on the upper end surface of the electric drive bridge; a pair of upper supporting rods of the reaction supporting device are rotationally connected to the frame and the on-axle connecting bracket, and a pair of lower supporting rods of the reaction supporting device are rotationally connected with the air suspension bracket and the air suspension corbel which are opposite to each other; the middle parts of the air suspension bracket arms are respectively fixed on two sides below the electric drive axle; the upper and lower ends of every two air springs are respectively arranged on the front and rear ends of the air suspension bracket arms on the same side and the frame; the two ends of the shock absorber are rotationally connected to the frame and the front supporting arm of the air suspension bracket arm; a middle shaft of the transverse stabilizer bar assembly is connected to the lower end of the frame, and the two ends of the transverse stabilizer bar assembly are rotationally connected to the rear supporting arms of the pair of air suspension bracket arms respectively; more space is reserved for battery arrangement, and the weight of a suspension system is reduced through light weight of part structures.

    本发明公开了一种紧凑型轻量化空气悬架系统及汽车,空气悬架支架对称固定于车架前部;电驱桥固定于车架下方;桥上连接支架螺合于电驱桥上端面;反作用支撑装置的一对上部支撑杆转动连接于车架和桥上连接支架,反作用支撑装置的一对下部支撑杆与对位的空气悬架支架和空气悬架托臂转动连接;空气悬架托臂的中部分别固定于电驱桥下方两侧,两两空气弹簧上下端分别设置于同侧的空气悬架托臂的前后端和车架上;减震器两端转动连接于车架和空气悬架托臂的前部支撑臂上;横向稳定杆总成中部轴连接于车架下端,横向稳定杆总成两端分别转动连接于一对空气悬架托臂后部支撑臂上;本发明为电池布置预留更多空间,通过零部件结构的轻量化,减小悬架系统重量。
