The device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle module which is used for flying according to flight parameters; the laser processing module is carried on the unmanned aerial vehicle module and used for emitting laser beams to the surface of the workpiece to be defrosted; the distance measuring module is carried on the unmanned aerial vehicle module and used for detecting distance information and angle information between the unmanned aerial vehicle module and the surface of the to-be-defrosted workpiece in real time; the control module is connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle module, the laser processing module and the distance measuring module and used for adjusting flight parameters of the unmanned aerial vehicle module and laser parameters of the laser processing module according to the distance information and the angle information so that the focal plane of the laser beam can be located on the surface of the workpiece to be defrosted. The method is used for defrosting the heliostat.

    本发明公开了一种机载式激光除霜装置,属于光热发电技术领域,能够解决现有除霜方式在进行光热镜场除霜时,会占用光照资源,影响镜场发电效率,且除霜效果不佳的问题。所述装置包括:无人机模块,用于根据飞行参数飞行;激光加工模块,搭载在无人机模块上,用于向待除霜工件的表面发射激光束;测距模块,搭载在无人机模块上,用于实时检测无人机模块与待除霜工件的表面之间的距离信息和角度信息;控制模块,与无人机模块、激光加工模块和测距模块均连接,用于根据距离信息和角度信息调整无人机模块的飞行参数和激光加工模块的激光参数,以使激光束的焦平面位于待除霜工件的表面。本发明用于定日镜除霜。
