The invention relates to an electric automobile charging connector which comprises a first shell, a second shell, a wire clamp and a silica gel barrel, the first shell comprises a head barrel and an arc-shaped bottom shell integrally extending from the inner side end of the head barrel, the second shell comprises a tail barrel and an arc-shaped face shell integrally extending from the inner side end of the tail barrel, and the arc-shaped face shell and the arc-shaped bottom shell are matched to form a middle barrel; the inner circumferential wall of the tail cylinder is provided with a plurality of rotation stopping blocks and leading-in grooves, the inner surface of the arc-shaped face shell is provided with a wire clamping base which is integrally formed, the wire clamp is matched with the wire clamping base to be used for clamping a cable, the silica gel cylinder comprises an inner connecting cylinder and an exposed cylinder which are axially connected in a stepped mode, the outer circumferential face of the inner connecting cylinder is provided with a plurality of protruding blocks, and the leading-in grooves are formed between the protruding blocks. The inner connecting cylinder extends into the tail cylinder through the guide-in groove through the protruding block and rotates so as to be in retaining fit with the rotation stopping block. According to the invention, the stability and safety of cable installation are improved through the assembly of the wire clamp and the wire clamping seat, and the silica gel cylinder is easy to position during installation through the arrangement of the lead-in groove and the convex block.

    本申请涉及一种电动汽车充电接头,包括第一壳体、第二壳体、线卡、硅胶桶,第一壳体包括头筒及自头筒内侧端一体延伸的弧形底壳,第二壳体包括尾筒及自尾筒内侧端一体延伸的弧形面壳,弧形面壳与弧形底壳相配合以构成中筒,尾筒的内周壁设有多个止转块和导入槽,弧形面壳的内表面设有一体成型的卡线座,线卡与卡线座相配合以用于夹紧线缆,硅胶筒包括轴向台阶状连接的内接筒和外露筒,内接筒的外周面设有多个凸块,凸块之间设有导入槽,内接筒通过凸块经由导入槽伸入尾筒并旋转以与止转块构成止退配合。本申请通过线卡和卡线座的装配提高了线缆安装的稳定性以及安全性,通过导入槽和凸块的设置,安装硅胶筒时容易定位。
