The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an association relationship among the passing speed, the passing interval duration and the parking waiting duration of a vehicle by combining the passing time and the passing speed of a part of passing vehicles on each exit lane and the corresponding parking waiting duration; acquiring the passing time and the passing speed of a passing vehicle on each exit lane of the intersection in the current plurality of signal lamp control cycles; and obtaining the passing time length of each exit lane in the next turn of signal lamp control period according to the incidence relation of the passing speed of the vehicle, the passing interval time length and the parking waiting time length, and the passing time and the passing speed of the passing vehicle of each exit lane of the intersection in the current plurality of turns of signal lamp control periods. The traffic time of the signal lamp to each lane is dynamically adjusted, and the vehicle traffic efficiency is improved.
