The invention discloses an intersection traffic channelization design method based on traffic capacity, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, determining influence factors of the traffic capacity of each lane of an entrance lane of an intersection, distinguishing the functions of the lanes of the intersection, and collecting related traffic data; then, according to the influence factors of the intersection entrance lane and traffic channelization design, a design traffic capacity model of each lane of the intersection entrance lane is established, and according to an acquired data calculation result, the lane with the maximum design traffic capacity of each entrance lane of the intersection is taken as a basis for designing the length of a guide lane line of the current intersection; and calculating the maximum number of vehicles arriving at the queue when the lane is red in a signal period, and determining the average queue length of the vehicles, so as to obtain the length of the designed guide lane line of the intersection. According to the invention, the driver can determine and enter the corresponding lane in advance, the traffic delay at the intersection is reduced, the service level at the intersection is improved, and meanwhile, traffic accidents caused by not changing lanes in time can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于通行能力的交叉口交通渠化设计方法,首先为确定交叉口进口道各车道通行能力的影响因素,区分交叉口车道功能采集相关交通数据;然后根据交叉口进口道影响因素和交通渠化设计,建立交叉口进口道各车道的设计通行能力模型,并根据采集数据计算结果,取交叉口各进口车道设计通行能力最大的车道为设计当前交叉口导向车道线长度的依据,求出该车道在一个信号周期内红灯时的最大到达排队车辆数,确定车辆平均排队长度,即可得到此交叉口设计导向车道线长度。本发明可以使驾驶员提前确定并进入对应车道,降低交叉口行车延误,提高交叉口服务水平,同时还可以降低因不及时变换车道而造成的交通事故。
