The invention discloses an intelligent traffic governance auxiliary platform based on traffic flow prediction and a traffic flow prediction method thereof, and aims to solve the problems of insufficient utilization of a digital technology and to-be-improved governance efficiency in urban road traffic governance. The platform comprises a traffic flow prediction algorithm module and a decision assistance and data visualization module. The traffic flow prediction algorithm module is used for traffic road network modeling based on two-dimensional map gridding and graph theory modeling, the two-dimensional map gridding is used for extracting spatial characteristics of traffic flow, and the graph theory modeling is used for representing road network connectivity; the decision-making assistance and data visualization module is divided into three parts of traffic flow visualization, traffic condition monitoring and intelligent decision-making assistance. Through a machine deep learning technology, the system can quickly and accurately analyze road traffic data, and predict future traffic conditions in combination with historical experience, weather indexes and other factors. The final goal is to improve the traffic control efficiency, promote the urbanization construction process, improve the life quality of residents and contribute to the overall development of cities.

    本发明公开了一种基于交通流量预测的智能交通治理辅助平台及其一种交通流量预测方法,以应对城市道路交通治理中存在的数字化技术利用不足和治理效率待提高的问题。平台包括交通流量预测算法模块和决策辅助与数据可视化模块两个模块;交通流量预测算法模块是基于二维地图网格化和图论建模的交通道路网络建模的,二维地图网格化用于提取交通流量的空间特性,图论建模用于表征路网联通性;决策辅助与数据可视化模块分为交通流量可视化、交通状况监测、智能决策辅助三部分。本发明通过机器深度学习技术,系统能够快速准确地分析道路交通数据,并结合历史经验和天气指数等因素预测未来交通状况。最终目标是提升交通治理效率,推动城市化建设进程,提高居民的生活质量,为城市总体发展贡献力量。
