The invention discloses a settlement monitoring method, device and system for a goaf transformer substation, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, monitoring installation: installing a plurality of static level observation sensors at a settlement monitoring point of the goaf transformer substation through auxiliary installation equipment, and forming a detection system; 2, settlement monitoring, wherein settlement monitoring is conducted on the goaf transformer substation through a static leveling observation sensor installed at a goaf transformer substation settlement monitoring point, and the detection system adopts a static leveling observation method to conduct automatic real-time observation and monitoring on settlement of a goaf transformer substation building structure and an equipment foundation. By arranging a series of structures, automatic real-time observation and monitoring are achieved, goaf transformer substation settlement changes are monitored timely and accurately, point finding and positioning are conducted, supporting is installed, height accurate installation is conducted at the same horizontal position, the height difference between monitoring points is reduced, the goaf transformer substation settlement monitoring precision is improved, and settlement monitoring management is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种采空区变电站的沉降监测方法、装置及系统,该沉降监测方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、监测安装:通过辅助安装设备将若干个静力水准观测传感器安装在采空区变电站沉降监测点,构成检测系统;步骤二、沉降监测:通过采空区变电站沉降监测点安装的静力水准观测传感器进行采空区变电站沉降监测,检测系统采用静力水准观测方法对采空区变电站建构筑物及设备基础沉降进行自动实时观测与监测。本发明通过设置有一系列的结构,自动实时观测与监测,及时、精准监测采空区变电站沉降变化,找点定位、安装支撑,同一水平位置高度精准安装,减小各监测点之间的高度差,提高采空区变电站沉降监测精度,沉降监测管理方便。
