The invention provides a manufacturing method of a vehicle interior, the vehicle interior and a vehicle. The problem that the cost of the vehicle interior with low odor intensity and VOC content is high is solved. The method comprises the following steps: putting activated carbon into an adhesive, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution; spraying the mixed solution onto the degradable cloth; the degradable cloth is dried and shaped, and a fabric material capable of adsorbing volatile organic compounds is obtained; and manufacturing the vehicle interior based on the fabric material. The VOC content and the odor intensity of the whole vehicle can be effectively reduced, the air quality in the vehicle is improved, and the manufacturing cost is low.

    本申请提供一种车辆内饰的制作方法、车辆内饰及车辆,以解决气味强度和VOC含量较低的车辆内饰的成本较高的问题。本方法包括:将活性炭放入粘合剂中进行搅拌,得到混合溶液;将所述混合溶液淋至可降解布上;对所述可降解布进行烘干并定型,得到具有可吸附挥发性有机物的织物材料;基于所述织物材料制作车辆内饰。本申请可以有效降低整车VOC含量及气味强度,提升车内空气质量,且制作成本较低。
