The invention discloses a building material lifting device which comprises a bottom plate and a locking mechanism, a power mechanism used for power output is arranged at one end of the top of the bottom plate, a transmission mechanism used for power transmission is arranged above the power mechanism, and a winding mechanism used for winding and unwinding materials is arranged above the transmission mechanism. One end of the winding mechanism is provided with a discharging mechanism used for taking and placing materials. Through the arrangement of the power mechanism, the effects of power output and transmission force moving and position changing are achieved in the material lifting process, so that material lifting is completed in a rolling mode, then the direction of the lifted materials is adjusted in a rotating mode, and locking operation after height lifting is completed in cooperation with the locking mechanism; and the transmission mechanism is beneficial to realizing transmission of transmission force to the winding mechanism, the winding mechanism is beneficial to realizing winding and unwinding after being rotated, and meanwhile, the winding mechanism is matched with the unwinding mechanism to finish lifting operation after the material bearing is pulled.

    本发明公开了一种建筑物料提升装置,包括底板和锁定机构,所述底板顶部的一端设置有用于动力输出的动力机构,所述动力机构的上方设置有以用于动力传输的传动机构,所述传动机构的上方设置有用于收放物料的收卷机构,所述收卷机构的一端设置有用于取放物料的放料机构;本发明通过动力机构的设置,利于在物料提升过程中完成动力输出以及传动力移动改变位置的作用,以至于实现通过收卷的方式完成物料提升,而再以转动的方式调整物料提升后的方向,配合锁定机构完成提升高度后的锁定作业,且传动机构则利于实现传动力传动至收卷机构,收卷机构则利于实现受旋转后进行收放,同时配合放料机构完成物料承载被拉动后的提升作业。
