The invention relates to the technical field of engineering ship energy efficiency monitoring, in particular to a crane ship whole-ship energy efficiency monitoring system and method.The crane ship whole-ship energy efficiency monitoring method comprises the steps that S1, the output power, the input power and the whole-ship load power of an operation system and a propelling system are obtained in real time; s2, judging the current mode of the crane ship; and S3, according to the current mode of the crane ship, the generator set is adjusted, so that the fuel efficiency of the whole ship is in an economic interval. Through fuel consumption data, power grid data and equipment operation data, whole-ship fuel consumption monitoring, whole-ship energy efficiency monitoring, operation energy efficiency monitoring, propulsion energy consumption monitoring and rapid judgment of the ship mode are achieved, and the generator parallel operation mode is adjusted based on the ship mode, so that the whole-ship fuel efficiency is in an economic interval.
