The full-rotation device comprises a chassis, walking mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the chassis and a rotation mechanism assembled on the chassis to rotate. The arm frame comprises at least two diagonal draw bars which are vertically and obliquely arranged and a support arm which is vertically arranged, one end of the support arm is connected with the top ends of the diagonal draw bars, the support arm and the diagonal draw bars are all of a multi-section structure, and the diagonal draw bars and the support arm are combined to form a tower-shaped stable support structure; the bottom of the arm frame is connected with the swing mechanism, the swing mechanism rotates on the chassis to drive the arm frame to rotate, the bottom end of the supporting arm is connected with the driving unit, and the arm frame is driven by the driving unit to obliquely rotate along the connecting position of the arm frame and the swing mechanism and used for adjusting the inclination angle of the arm frame. Through the structure, the problems that a slewing mechanism and an arm frame of an existing machine are huge in size and inconvenient to mount, dismount and transport are solved.
