The invention relates to the technical field of cold rolling equipment installation, in particular to an electric radiant tube installation method which comprises the steps that a hoisting device is manufactured, and the hoisting device comprises a hoisting beam and a balance weight structure; the counterweight structure is detachably connected below the hoisting beam, the counterweight structure is arranged close to the first end of the hoisting beam, and a first hoisting point and a second hoisting point are arranged at the top of the hoisting beam at an interval; a hook of a traveling crane is connected with the first hoisting point through a chain block and connected with the second hoisting point through a steel wire rope; the second end of the hoisting beam is connected with the electric radiant tube through a connecting bolt; and after the hoisting device is adjusted to be in a horizontal state by utilizing a chain block, the electric radiant tube is hoisted by utilizing a travelling crane and is inserted into a mounting flange of the electric radiant tube. The invention provides a safe and reliable electric radiant tube mounting method, the risk of high-altitude operation is reduced, labor, time and labor are saved, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor cost is saved.
