The invention provides a magnesium liquid crucible lifting appliance for a magnesium alloy workshop, the lifting appliance comprises clamp arms, a track beam, a driving mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a heat insulation plate, the top of the lifting appliance is mounted on a loader through a connecting device, the plurality of clamp arms are symmetrically mounted on the track beam, the tail end of any clamp arm is provided with a clamp, the plurality of clamps can be matched to clamp a crucible, and the heat insulation plate is arranged on the track beam. A sensing device is mounted on the clamp; the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the multiple clamp arms, and every two symmetrical clamp arms can synchronously and reversely move along the track beam; the heat insulation plate is arranged below the lifting appliance and can completely cover a crucible opening of the crucible. By the adoption of the structure of the double-rotation-direction lead screw, the effect that the clamps on the two sides can synchronously move in the opposite directions is achieved; lateral force caused by various factors when the crucible is lifted is absorbed by applying the lifting chain with a loop chain structure; and by applying the structure of the heat insulation plate, heat radiation of high-temperature magnesium liquid in the crucible is isolated, and the service life of the lifting appliance is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种用于镁合金车间的镁液坩埚吊具,吊具包括钳臂、轨道梁、驱动机构、传动机构以及隔热板,吊具顶部通过连接装置安装在装载机上,多个钳臂对称安装在轨道梁上,任一钳臂的末端均安装有夹钳,多个夹钳能够配合夹取坩埚,且夹钳上安装有感应装置;驱动机构与传动机构传动连接,传动机构分别与多个钳臂传动连接,相互对称的两个钳臂能够沿轨道梁做同步反向运动;隔热板设置在吊具的下方,且能够完全覆盖坩埚的坩埚口。本发明通过采用双旋向丝杆的结构,实现了两侧夹钳能够同步反向运动;通过应用环链结构的吊链,吸收坩埚吊起时各种因素引起的侧向力;通过应用了隔热板的结构,隔绝了坩埚内部高温镁液的热辐射,延长了吊具使用寿命。
