The invention discloses a real-time detection system and method for the absolute height position of an elevator car, and relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to an elevator main controller, a traction machine encoder, a cascade serial communication multi-point signal acquisition module, a photoelectric switch or a magnetic switch and a photoelectric signal baffle or a magnetic strip. The elevator main controller is the core of the elevator control system, and algorithms of various control functions are achieved in an MCU or a DSP in the elevator main controller. A main control board is arranged in the elevator main controller. According to the real-time detection system and method for the absolute height position of the elevator car, precise relative positioning is carried out by using the function of an original tractor encoder, meter-scale positioning is carried out on the absolute height position by using the method, and precise positioning of the absolute height position of the elevator car can be realized by combining and complementing advantages; and moreover, the intervention of an external third-party position detection system is not needed, the processing response speed of position abnormity and speed abnormity can be accelerated, and control scheduling can be uniformly carried out.

    本发明公开了一种电梯轿厢绝对高度位置实时检测系统与方法,涉及电梯技术领域,具体包括电梯主控制器、曳引机编码器、可级联的串行通信多点信号采集模块、光电开关或磁开关和光电信号挡板或磁条,所述电梯主控制器是电梯控制系统的核心,各种控制功能的算法都在其中的MCU或DSP中实现;所述电梯主控制器内含主控板。该电梯轿厢绝对高度位置实时检测系统与方法,使用原有曳引机编码器的功能做精密的相对定位,使用本方法做绝对高度位置米级定位,两者结合,优势互补,可以实现轿厢绝对高度位置的精密定位,并且无需借助外部第三方位置检测系统的介入,可加快对位置异常及速度异常的处理响应速度并统一做控制调度。
