The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a fuselage main body which comprises two side parts opposite to each other; the rotor wing assembly is used for providing flight power and comprises a first rotor wing and a second rotor wing which are respectively positioned at the two side parts; the rotor wing assembly is rotatably connected with the fuselage main body through the at least one mechanical rotating structure, the at least one mechanical rotating structure is configured to enable the rotor wing assembly to be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state, and in the unfolded state, the rotor wing assembly is folded in the folded state; in the folded state, the first rotor and the second rotor are separated from each other, and in the folded state, the first rotor and the second rotor are close to each other. According to the embodiment of the invention, simple and stable folding of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be realized.
