The invention belongs to aircraft structure design, and particularly relates to an additive manufacturing integral type aircraft engine hanger which comprises a frame type structure defined by an upper beam, a lower beam, a left side wall and a right side wall. The heading front end of the frame type structure is gradually folded and provided with an engine main installation connector used for being connected with an engine, the middle of the lower beam is provided with an engine auxiliary installation connector used for being connected with the engine, the middle of the upper beam is provided with an A intersection point used for being in butt joint with a wing, and the tail of the upper beam is provided with a rear intersection point in butt joint with the wing. The engine hanging structure is distributed through the structure, the engine hanging structure can meet the engine load transmission requirement, after the engine hanging structure is integrally manufactured, the structural rigidity is improved, fatigue crack sources of fastener connecting areas are reduced, and therefore the fatigue life of the structure is long, and the service life of the engine hanging structure is prolonged. And meanwhile, additive manufacturing has the characteristic of high material utilization rate, so that the production period is shortened, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
