Synchronous rocker arms are coaxially and fixedly connected to the sides, close to the base cylinder, of the paddle handles, synchronous swing rods are eccentrically connected to the two synchronous rocker arms, the two synchronous swing rods reversely rotate around the mounting cylinder, a synchronous sliding sleeve is connected to the interior of the base cylinder in an up-down sliding mode, synchronous rails are formed in the left side and the right side of the synchronous sliding sleeve, and the synchronous swing rods are arranged in the synchronous rails; and the practicability is high.
