The invention discloses an automobile with an electric braking system, which comprises a whole automobile controller, an automobile frame and wheels for supporting the automobile frame, the automobile frame is provided with the braking system for stopping the rotation of the wheels, and the braking system comprises brake pads, a brake oil cylinder for driving the brake pads to close and a brake driving mechanism for driving the brake oil cylinder. The brake oil cylinder is connected with the brake pad through an oil pipe, the unmanned driving system is characterized by further comprising an unmanned driving system, the brake driving mechanism comprises a brake motor and a brake controller, the brake motor is connected with the brake oil cylinder, the unmanned driving system is electrically connected with the vehicle control unit, and the unmanned driving system is electrically connected with the vehicle control unit. The vehicle control unit is electrically connected with the brake controller, and the brake controller is electrically connected with the brake motor. The system has the advantage that the unmanned driving requirement can be met, and the problem that manual braking cannot meet the unmanned driving requirement is solved.
