The invention discloses a vehicle, a battery management system and a battery health state detection method and device. The method comprises the following steps: determining a target time period corresponding to a middle rising region of a curve of terminal voltage and residual electric quantity of a lithium iron phosphate battery; obtaining the battery capacity of the lithium iron phosphate battery in the target time period based on the ampere-hour integral of the current data in the target time period; and determining the health state of the lithium iron phosphate battery according to the battery capacity of the lithium iron phosphate battery in the target time period and the rated capacity of the lithium iron phosphate battery. By applying the technical scheme provided by the invention, effective detection of the health state of the lithium iron phosphate battery is realized through the ampere-hour integral of the target time period corresponding to the middle rising region of the terminal voltage and the residual electric quantity curve of the lithium iron phosphate battery, complete charging and discharging operation of the battery is not needed, wide and long-term use of the battery is facilitated, and the battery life is prolonged. And mass production and popularization of electric vehicles are facilitated.
