The voltage control circuit comprises a plurality of power battery packs; the first end of the first switch K1 is connected with each power battery pack; the driving circuit comprises a three-phase inverter and a three-phase motor, the middle points of three-phase bridge arms of the three-phase inverter are connected with three-phase coils of the three-phase motor respectively, the first ends of the three-phase bridge arms are connected together to form a first confluence end, the second ends of the three-phase bridge arms are connected together to form a second confluence end, and the first confluence end is connected with the second confluence end. The first confluence end is connected with the positive electrode of the power battery pack and the positive electrode of the charging port, the second confluence end is connected with the negative electrode of the power battery pack and the negative electrode of the charging port, and the three-phase motor is connected with the second end of the first switch K1. According to the scheme, the charging power can be improved by using the first switch K1 and the driving circuit.
