    本发明涉及一种直线绞车防溜绳预警保护控制方法及其直线绞车,属于换绳车控制技术领域。半测量半计算地对放绳载荷进行了预估,进而可以对当前溜绳风险进行评价和预警,使设备升级为自动保护,大幅提高响应速度,既增强有效性,又避免人为整定数据错误造成的风险。本发明的有益效果是:无需增加车辆成本,只需更改整车控制策略和软件,利用现有硬件平台,增加通用廉价传感器,不会对直线绞车用户带来额外的成本,还能省去造价不菲、使用效果不佳的称重或张力传感器,降低了整车成本,通过软件的方式计算了溜绳预警载荷和放绳载荷,同时增加了溜绳预警保护,避免人为参数整定错误时溜绳功能失效的问题,增加了防溜绳功能的可靠性,防溜绳效果明显。
