The invention discloses a special lifting appliance for titanium alloy casing wax mould procedure lifting, which comprises a lifting assembly consisting of an annular frame and vertical columns welded on the frame at equal angles; the bearing assembly is composed of a supporting piece and a supporting piece, the supporting piece is flexibly connected with the frame, the supporting piece comprises a supporting ring, and a walking groove is formed in the top end face of the supporting ring; the guide rail is movably inserted into the walking groove in a horizontal moving mode, an arc-shaped supporting plate is installed at the end, penetrating through the outer portion of the inner wall of the supporting ring, of the guide rail, and a cartridge wax mold is supported above the arc-shaped supporting plate; through the design, the bottom of the cartridge receiver wax mould is flexibly supported and hoisted by adopting special hoisting equipment, and manual intervention operation is not needed in the whole upward hoisting process of the wax mould, so that the risk that people are injured by crashing when being lifted is avoided, the problem that the wax mould is brittle due to different heights of different people is also avoided, and the production efficiency of the cartridge receiver wax mould is improved. The defects of an existing wax mold in use are overcome.
本发明公开了钛合金机匣蜡模工序吊装专用吊具,包括吊装组件,由环状的框架,以及等角度焊接在框架上的立柱构成;承托组件,由支撑件与托起件构成,其中支撑件与框架柔性连接,而托起件包括支撑环,其顶端面开设有行走槽;导轨,以水平移动的方式活动插入至行走槽内,其中导轨贯穿至支撑环内壁外部的一端上安装有弧形托板,在所述弧形托板的上方承托有机匣蜡模;通过本发明的设计,采用专门的吊装设备实现对机匣蜡模底部的柔性承托,并实现吊装,在对蜡模整个向上吊装中,无需人工介入操作,因此不会出现人员在抬起时出现的砸伤风险,也避免不同人员因身高不同而造成蜡模脆裂的问题,完善了现有蜡模在使用中存在的不足。
